Spiritual Development Classes- Stretch yourself

In these 4 classes, we will explore our soul energy through a variety of exercises, strengthen our connection to our main Spirit Guide, and update our spiritual awareness to who we are today. Be prepared to participate in group discussions, meditation, and fun experiments. This work has the opportunity to enhance your everyday life!

Meditation and The Art of Being

Meditation is not just about relaxation, although if a deep enough state of relaxation is achieved, healing can occur. Meditation is known as ‘Conscious rest.’ It’s a practice that over time sheds the layers of our personality and reveals to us a rich inner world of possibilities. The whispers of our soul and the call of spirit contain the bliss we seek in daily life but cannot contain. Join me for 2hrs of inner exploration where we withdraw from the activity of life and seek the solitude of healing. This class involves three different meditation techniques and we will focus on building the layers of relaxation.

Meditation and the Art of Being

1-1 Intuitive Coaching Sessions via Skype or In-person.

Please contact me if you’re interested in this unique one to one work. This includes Meditation, Angel work, Spirit Guides and techniques for you to tap into your own knowing. You may not have enough belief in yourself or confidence to trust, but as your coach I will help you find a way that works for you.
A short phone discussion between us will ensure this program is right for you.

Spiritual Gifts For Pre-teens & Teens

Shana is passionate in her work with pre-teens and teens. She desires to inspire them to trust their intuition. Check out one of her past inspirational projects in the ‘TEENS’ door, which the youth co-created.

If you are a pre-teen (10-12) or teen (13-17) who ‘feels’ and ‘knows’ a lot but doesn’t know how, these classes are for you. In a safe and supportive environment you will be guided through effective exercises to ground and center yourself. You will also learn meditation for relaxation, the art of ‘practicing presence’ and learn about positive visualization. In this class you will learn about your strengths, and your unique spirituality. Be prepared to stretch your imagination. Positive attitude and patience are pre-requisites!

Spiritual Gifts For Teens

Freaky Field Trips

Upon completion of the ‘Spiritual Gifts’ workshop is the practical homework known as a ‘Freaky Field Trip’. The youth are invited to an undisclosed location and once there the group gathers in designated areas, performs precognitive work and uses their bare bones intuition. Professionals are on-site to confirm information received and each student is given validation.
Parents will be notified in advance of trip information and location. A waiver must be signed to give consent for the Field Trip.
